What is the minimum age to apply for an Arizona real estate salesperson license?
18 years old — Arizona requires salesperson applicants to be at least eighteen years of age at the time of application, along with education, exam, and fingerprint requirements.

How many hours of prelicensing education must an Arizona salesperson applicant complete before taking the licensing exam?
90 hours — Arizona requires 90 classroom hours of ADRE-approved salesperson prelicensing education before examination, one of the higher prelicense hour requirements among the states.

Contract writing (6 hours) — Arizona uniquely requires a 6-hour ADRE-approved Contract Writing course in addition to the 90-hour prelicense program before a salesperson license will issue.
