No experience requirement, only the 72-hour course

60 hours (two 30-hour courses) before the first renewal
14 hours before the first renewal
45 hours before the first renewal
No post-licensing education is required for brokers

If a Florida broker does not complete the 60-hour broker post-licensing requirement by the first renewal deadline, the broker license:
Remains fully active but is flagged for audit
Becomes null and void with no grace period
Automatically reverts to sales associate status
Is suspended for 90 days only
Show answer & explanation
Becomes null and void with no grace period — As with the sales associate post-licensing requirement, Florida allows no grace period for the broker's 60-hour course; a missed deadline voids the license.

Florida's 24-month active-experience requirement for broker licensure must be satisfied:
Within the 5 years immediately preceding the broker application
At any point during the applicant's whole career, with no time limit
Within the 10 years immediately preceding the broker application
Only during the applicant's first year of licensure
Show answer & explanation
