What the New Hampshire broker exam tests, how it is scored, and 72 broker-track practice questions with cited sources.

New Hampshire broker exam format

PSI-administered exam — salesperson: 80 national + 40 NH questions (120 total); broker: 75 national items scored to an 80-point scale + 40 NH questions (115 total); both 4 hours, 70% required on each portion independently. New Hampshire has no state recovery fund. Confirmed 2026-07-27 field-for-field against a PSI candidate information bulletin (effective 6/1/2019 — the current oplc.nh.gov host 403s automated fetches, so this is the newest fetchable copy; item/time structure rarely changes between PSI revisions but this is worth a one-time manual re-check).

The New Hampshire broker exam runs as two separately scored portions: 75 national questions and 40 New Hampshire law questions.
