What the Oregon broker exam tests, how it is scored, and 95 broker-track practice questions with cited sources.
Oregon broker exam format
PSI-administered exam. Oregon's real tiers are 'Broker' (this app's salesperson track) and 'Principal Broker' (this app's broker track). Broker: 80 national items (150 min) + 50 Oregon items (90 min) = 130 items, 240 min total, 75% each portion. Principal Broker: 75 national items scored to an 80-point scale (150 min) + 50 Oregon items (90 min), 240 min total. Timings corrected 2026-07-28: the config previously carried 120/75 min (195 total), which is the Property Manager row of the same Examination Summary Table, not the real estate rows. Oregon had no recorded document URL, so it was never re-read during the Phase 1B sweep.
